  1. Thank you for these thoughtful and deeply personal reflections. As your teacher, I can see clearly how you integrate your teachers’ wisdom into your formal and day-to-day mindfulness practice. I also appreciate the many questions you ask.
    Personally, your words challenge me to remember, to re-embody, to attend to my own suffer my sense of ‘lack’, and also to be grateful for all my relations. Thank you for being a teacher as well as a student.
